GoldBoosting GmbH, a company registered under the laws of Germany with its registered office at Meininger Straße 24, 98597 Breitungen, Thuringia, Germany, entered in the commercial register under number HRB 523356 (hereinafter referred to as the “Merchant”), hereby declares its intention to enter into an agreement regarding the storage and use of payment credentials (hereinafter: “Agreement”) with individuals who, after successful registration, use the services provided via the platform www.goldboosting.com (hereinafter referred to as “Users” or “Cardholders”).

The Cardholder and the Merchant are jointly referred to as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:

Digital Goods – Virtual game-related items that can be purchased via the platform.

Boosting Services – Services offered by a seller to improve skills, progress, or knowledge within a game to provide a buyer with in-game advantages.

Platform Services – Services provided by GoldBoosting GmbH, including hosting, transaction processing, and support.

Subscription – Recurring paid services with extended platform features.

A. A user relationship already exists between the Parties in accordance with the Terms and Conditions (AGB).

B. The Cardholder is a registered user of the platform.

C. The Cardholder purchases Digital Goods, Boosting Services, access to the platform, or Subscriptions via www.goldboosting.com.

D. To that end, the Cardholder provides payment credentials.

E. This Agreement allows the Merchant to store the Cardholder’s payment credentials in order to simplify future transactions.

By ticking the checkbox during the payment process, the Cardholder explicitly consents to:

The storage of the following payment credentials (“Credential on File”, CoF):

First and last name

Card number

Card expiration date

Primary Account Number (PAN)

The transfer of these credentials to the certified payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal L-2449 Luxembourg, Luxembourg

Authorization of the following transaction types:

Cardholder-initiated transactions: One-time payments

Merchant-initiated transactions: Recurring payments, such as for active subscriptions

The following transaction data may be transmitted to the payment provider:

Transaction amount

Any applicable additional fees

Currency

Transaction date

Authorization code

GoldBoosting GmbH commits to processing all personal data, including stored payment credentials, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The Cardholder has the right to:

Access

Rectification

Erasure

Restriction of processing

The Merchant ensures compliance with all PCI DSS security standards, including:

Encryption

Access restrictions

Security monitoring

Regular audits

Risk assessments

Incident response procedures

The Cardholder may revoke their consent to store payment credentials at any time by contacting: support@goldboosting.com.

Upon receipt of the revocation, the Merchant will delete all stored payment data without delay, provided no legal retention obligations or pending transactions prevent this.

The Merchant may unilaterally amend this Agreement. Changes will be published on the platform. Continued use of the services after such changes takes effect shall be considered acceptance of the revised Agreement.

GoldBoosting GmbH is only liable for direct damages caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct in connection with the processing of payment data. Liability for indirect damages, loss of profit, or consequential damages is excluded.

This Agreement becomes effective upon successful card verification and remains valid for an indefinite period until terminated in writing by either Party. Upon termination, all stored payment credentials will be deleted within 30 days unless legal retention obligations apply.

This Agreement shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The competent court for all disputes shall be the local court of the Merchant’s registered office: 98597 Breitungen, Germany.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement regarding the storage and use of payment credentials and supersedes all prior arrangements. The interpretation shall be based on the German version. Translations are provided for convenience only.
