1. General Provisions

All refund decisions and the issuance of bonus credits are made at the sole discretion of GoldBoosting GmbH. The company reserves the right to evaluate and decide on disputes on a case-by-case basis.


2. Refund Methods and Timeframes

Refunds are processed in two steps:
Step 1: The corresponding amount is first credited to your customer balance on GoldBoosting. This balance can be used for future purchases by selecting "Account Credit" as the payment method.
Step 2: Upon request, the credited amount can be transferred back to the original payment method. Processing the refund may take up to 12 business days from the time our support team confirms your refund request. Depending on the payment provider, the funds may appear in your account within 1 to 14 business days thereafter.


3. Eligible Reasons for Refunds

You may request a refund from your GoldBoosting account balance if:
Your order was canceled.
The service was of very poor quality, as determined by GoldBoosting GmbH after thorough review.
3.1. Boosting Services
Refunds may be granted if:
The service was not delivered on time or only partially delivered.
The seller's misconduct negatively affected the buyer’s gaming account (e.g., account suspensions, status loss, in-game penalties).
The seller used in-game resources or changed account credentials without buyer consent.
Please report such incidents to our customer service immediately.
3.2. In-Game Currency
Refunds may be granted if:
The delivery was incomplete or not made within the agreed timeframe.
The seller failed to disclose significant risks that led to account suspension.
The currency was acquired using illegal or fraudulent methods.


4. Cases Where Refunds Are Not Granted

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
The order was placed by mistake and the service has already been fully rendered.
The buyer initiated a chargeback with their payment provider without first contacting GoldBoosting support.
The refund request is based solely on price changes after the purchase.
The buyer triggered a penalty on their gaming account through their own misconduct (e.g., using bots, unauthorized software, toxic behavior).
The buyer logged into their gaming account during a boosting session without the seller's consent.


5. Contacting Sellers Before Requesting a Refund

Before contacting GoldBoosting support, we recommend that buyers first attempt to resolve the issue directly with the seller. Most problems can be resolved more quickly and amicably this way.


6. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, use the corresponding button on your order page or contact our customer support via the online chat.
If you wish to have a refunded amount credited back to your original payment method after it has been added to your account balance, please submit a request to our support team.


7. Refund to Original Payment Method

Refunds to your original payment method (e.g., bank account, PayPal) are subject to the following conditions:
Refunds will only be issued to the original payment account used.
No processing fees will be deducted – the full amount will be refunded, including any previously applied transaction fees.
Depending on your payment provider, the refund may appear within 1 to 14 business days.


8. Pricing Policy

GoldBoosting GmbH strives to maintain competitive pricing. However, price changes may occur due to market fluctuations and are implemented without prior notice. There is no right to a refund for price reductions after purchase. As a gesture of goodwill, we may offer benefits such as priority support or other compensatory perks.
